| Description | Attorney Katie Poe attended and graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. She was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship all three years. For her undergraduate work, Katie received her Bachelor’s degree from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan where she was a dual major in Spanish Language and Literature and English. Prior to joining our firm, Katie worked at the Law Office of Robert Garland, a local attorney focused on family law. Katie is masterful at juggling multiple priorities, as she worked for Mr. Garland while attending law school and after passing the bar. Katie enjoys working in family law and is committed to making a difference in people’s lives every day. Recently engaged to her fiancé, an Officer in the U.S. Navy, Katie has a special passion for helping military members and their families navigate the often difficult issues that arise in family law. In her spare time, Katie enjoys traveling and cooking. |
