Mary is available at both the Opelika, AL and Montgomery, AL office locations.

Mary Conner Pool earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from Auburn University at Montgomery in 2002, where she was a member of Delta Epsilon Kappa, Accounting Honor Society. Mary received her Juris Doctorate cum laude from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 2007, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of Jones Law Review, Treasurer of the Women’s Student Association and was selected Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Mary is a member of the Alabama State Bar and is admitted to practice in federal court in both the Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama.

Mary is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, and Bankruptcy & Consumer Law Section of the Alabama State Bar.

Mary is proud to be the daughter of a retired Army Command Sargeant Major and homemaker. Her parents helped inspire Mary’s desire to serve others. Mary has been an active member of her community and has volunteered through various local organization including Junior League of Montgomery, Habitat for Humanity, Montgomery Food Bank and Family Sunshine Center.

After working many years in the banking industry, Mary changed professions to practice bankruptcy law and help assist individuals who were unable to protect themselves against aggressive creditors. Mary is truly blessed to watch her bankruptcy clients become debt free and her social security clients receive their benefits. She says there is nothing more rewarding than going to work each day to be able to serve others.

Mary is married to Montgomery native, Greg Pool, who is also an attorney.
