With a law office in Auburn, Michael Pratum has been an active member of the Washington State Bar Association since 1986. His areas of practice include health law, addiction law, business transactions, contracts, dispute resolution, real estate, wills and probate, family law, deferred prosecution, and unbundled services. He also belongs to the Environmental and Land Use Law section of the WSBA, and the Family Law Section and the Real Property, Probate and Trust section. Michael has also been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court Of The United States in June 2017.Michael has built a strong practice and reputation through his 25+ years of practicing law. Volunteer WorkFor Mike, the most important obligation a lawyer has is to provide access to legal services to the public and to contribute their time to the community through his or her skills and personal abilities. He volunteers his time and expertise for the King County Bar Association Neighborhood Legal Clinics, providing pro bono family law legal services. Mike has a strong sense of responsibility to our military, so he volunteers for the USO, serving active duty military and their families at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. He is a past member of the Auburn Symphony and is current Treasurer in the Puget Sound Dalmation Club and past Board Member. He is also currently serving as a member of the Pro Bono Services Committee, King County Bar Association. He is a member of two state chapters of national car clubs, BMW CCA Puget Sound Region and the Hudson Essex Terraplane Club.
