Thomas J. Profy, III has concentrated in commercial and real estate transactions and municipal and school law throughout his distinguished 50-year legal career. He currently serves as Solicitor to the Bucks County Housing Authority, Bensalem Township School District, and Neshaminy School District, as well as The Borough of Langhorne Manor and The Borough of Langhorne Manor Higher Education and Health Authority.

Mr. Profy represents business corporations, such as Armour and Sons Electric, Inc., Bill Flannery Automotive, Bristol Fuel Company, Bucks County Home Investors, LLC, CBM of Delaware Valley, Inc., Comfort Products, Inc., Marrazzo Manor Lane Florist & Garden Center, Inc., Metro Public Adjusters, Inc., Celebration Catering Inc., Delaware Electrical Contractors Inc., NEMCO, Inc., Penn Valley Constructors, Inc., Quality Realty Company, Questar Corporation, Railway Specialties, and their subsidiaries and related corporations and non-profit corporations, such as Grundy Gardens II Senior Housing L.P. and Bucks County Affordable Housing Corporation, in major business and real estate acquisitions and financing transactions.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame (A.B. cum laude 1963) and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D. cum laude1966), Mr. Profy joined Begley, Carlin & Mandio, LLP as an Associate in 1966 and has been a Partner of the firm since 1971.

Mr. Profy has been a life-long resident of Bucks County and currently resides with his wife Elaine in Upper Makefield Township. Mr. Profy has actively served throughout his career in many community organizations and governmental activities and past President of Bristol Rotary Club.
