Albert Pucylowski, Esq. has dedicated his career towards advocating for the rights of criminal and traffic defendants throughout Central Florida for years. Mr. Pucylowski is a native Floridian, born and raised in Melbourne. He grew up fishing, hunting, surfing, and played baseball and football.

Mr. Pucylowski joined the Army when he was seventeen and earned a position in the 2nd Ranger Battalion a little after his eighteenth birthday. After being honorably discharged with the rank of sergeant, Mr. Pucylowski attended college graduating with a BA in History from Rollins College. After graduation, Mr. Pucylowski worked as a Therapeutic Counselor for emotionally challenged children through the Eckerd Alternative Youth Program. Mr. Pucylowski enrolled at St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio Texas afterward. Graduating in 1996, Mr. Pucylowski had the unique honor of being one of two law students from his class permitted to sit for the Bar in his third year of school. Upon graduating Law School, Mr. Pucylowski was immediately licensed as an attorney.

Mr. Pucylowski became an Assistant District Attorney for Brazoria County, Texas, where he prosecuted many DUIs, Batteries’, and Theft cases. His early experiences with Texas defense attorneys gave him great insight into some creative defense strategies.

Following the death of his father in 1998, Mr. Pucylowski relocated to Melbourne to care for his mother. He began working for the Public Defenders Office in Brevard County but soon moved into private practice. In his years of practice, Mr. Pucylowski has defended people accused of Murder, Attempted Murder, Aggravated Battery, Armed Robbery, Aggravated Stalking, Trafficking in Cocaine, Trafficking in Oxycodone, Aggravated Sexual Battery, Armed Burglary, Felony DUI, DUI with Serious Bodily Injury, Driving While License Suspended, Reckless Driving, and Racing on Highway’s. His experiences defending Red Light Camera Cases has garnered him media attention as he has been featured on WFTV Orlando, Fox 35 Orlando, and Channel 13 for his insights into the Mark Wendell Act.
