Attorney Ramirez grew up in Hebbronville, Texas. He earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and upon graduation moved to Houston to attend the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University where he earned his JD. After law school he earned a position at a Houston law firm focusing on immigration law where he gained a strong foundation in immigration regulations and principles.

After this experience he moved to a boutique immigration firm where he was able to apply this knowledge and his Spanish language skills to help the firm grow their business in the Hispanic community. This experience gave him the expertise and confidence to open his own practice, Law Office of David F. Ramirez Jr. Throughout his career Attorney Ramirez has successfully handled a variety of legal issues.

Attorney Ramirez primarily focuses his practice on immigration law, but also has experience in criminal, family, probate and personal injury law. He has represented clients throughout the USA. His work has taken him across Texas, as well as other states such as North Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and New York.
