Thomas ("Tom") Roach has a general litigation practice with a particular focus on education law and domestic litigation. Tom has served as general counsel to the Cherokee County Board of Education for more than 20 years, handling virtually all aspects of the school system’s legal representation. He has also served as counsel to the Cherokee Water and Sewerage Authority for many years.

Tom currently sits as City Judge for the City of Canton and is often called upon to serve as a judge in other courts as well. In addition to his extensive experience working with governmental entities, Tom has maintained a broad practice representing individuals and corporations in a variety of matters including business and commercial, real estate, personal injury and employment litigation, and counsel. Tom’s reputation in the community as an effective and ethical advocate has resulted in long-standing relationships with his clients.
