Timothy D. Roberts is a "Martindale "AV" rated civil trial attorney who joined Oliver Maner LLP in 1994: In 2000, he became a partner. Mr. Roberts’ practice areas include complex commercial litigation, estate and fiduciary litigation, professional malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, and creditor representation. He also serves as outside general counsel for local and regional businesses.

In 2006, Mr. Roberts was recognized by Georgia Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star." Since 2009, Mr. Roberts has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of commercial litigation. Since 2014, he has been listed by Georgia Super Lawyers in the practice area of business litigation.

Mr. Roberts is admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Roberts is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates ("ABOTA"), Savannah Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.

Mr. Roberts is a graduate of Leadership Savannah class of 2000 and was recognized in 2005 as one of the "40 Business Leaders under 40" in the Savannah Business Report and Journal. He served on the United Way of the Coastal Empire Campaign Committee for many years and is a former president of the Civitan Club of Savannah.
