Nicola Rochester Robinson is the managing attorney of West Georgia Legal Group, LLC. After receiving her undergraduate degree from Emory University, Nicola set her sights on becoming a trial attorney. In law school, she quickly developed her trial and advocacy skills by working in the Cumberland County Public Defender’s office.Prior to starting her own firm, Nicola began her legal career as a trial attorney at Cozen O’Connor, a nationally ranked top 100 law firm. At Cozen, Nicola worked most notably on litigation surrounding the events of September 11, 2011. Shifting gears, Nicola left Cozen to continue representing major insurance companies in trials throughout the state of Georgia.Beginning in 2009, Nicola had several family members pass away. She experienced first-hand how the lack of planning can impact a family. Armed with her legal knowledge, Nicola began helping friends and family plan for incapacity or even death. It was through this work that she found her true passion for helping people plan for life’s unexpected events.The incapacity or death of a loved one can be extremely difficult, but it does not have to end in a legal tug of war. Nicola helps families protect their children and assets, plan for their long-term care, and any other legal matters that arise as a result of aging.Nicola is a proud resident of southwest Atlanta and a graduate of the illustrious Frederick Douglass High School.
