Attorney Rottman is a CO native and relocated to OK to attend the University of Tulsa School of law where she served as Executive Editor for the Tulsa Law Review. During Law School, Lia received the 2014 Fellers Snider Diversity Scholarship, the Appelman Criminal Defense Law Scholarship, and the highest grades in Legal Writing and Evidence Workshop. Lia graduated with Honors and passed the Oklahoma Bar Exam in 2016.

Prior to her decision to attend law school, Lia endured life experiences that helped her recognize her sole passion – to help people. Lia is devoted and determined to advocate for individuals who have been wronged.
