David Rottmann is as an associate at Coker, Schickel, Sorenson, Posgay, Camerlengo & Iracki, P.A. His practice is focused on real estate litigation, community association law and creditor’s rights.

Mr. Rottmann has served as litigation counsel for numerous condominium and homeowner associations in Florida in lien foreclosure actions, mortgage foreclosure actions, and bankruptcy in all stages of litigation, including trial, mediation, settlement negotiation, short sales, estoppel disputes, post-judgment collections, and garnishment. Mr. Rottmann is committed to aggressive, but cost effective, representation of community associations to effectively restore financial stability.

In addition to community association litigation, Mr. Rottmann has experience representing clients in the areas of commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, commercial collections, construction defect litigation, construction lien law, foreclosure, and bankruptcy in all stages of litigation, including alternative dispute resolution, settlement negotiation, and trial.

Prior to joining Coker, Schickel, Sorenson, Posgay, Camerlengo & Iracki, P.A., Mr. Rottmann was an associate attorney at a boutique commercial litigation and construction law firm in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a graduate of Georgia Tech and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Mr. Rottmann is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is an active member of The Florida Bar.
