Ms. Rubin frequently submits briefs to the Ohio Supreme Court on behalf of the Ohio Association for Justice, and received the Amicus Curiae Award in 2017 for her efforts. She was named a Rising Star in Ohio Super Lawyers and has lectured and taught in both workers’ compensation and Social Security law. She is on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Association for Justice and a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, along with several other professional memberships.
