Christie Saenz has been practicing family law exclusively since 2010, and has significant experience in all areas of family law. She is detail-oriented and a skilled negotiator. Ms. Saenz handles her own cases in all areas of family law, including contested child custody, child and spousal support, and complex high-value division of assets. She is skilled in the preparation and negotiation of premarital and post-marital agreements. Ms. Saenz is well-versed in utilizing a variety of experts in her family law cases in order to achieve the optimal outcome for her clients, and has notable settlement and trial experience. She is the current chair of the Santa Clara County Bar Association Domestic Violence Subcommittee, volunteers her time and experience as a settlement Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court and was named a 2018 Super Lawyers Northern California Rising Star, a recognition that less than 2.5% of attorneys achieve.

Ms. Saenz is licensed to practice law in the State of California, and earned her Juris Doctor at the University of California Davis in May 2010. While in law school, she represented low income clients in family law cases as a certified law student in the highly competitive Family Protection Clinical Program, and received the Pro Bono Representation Award for Outstanding Public Service. She graduated with honors from New York University in 2006 with a B.A. in Politics.
