Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, Mr. Salnick returned home to start the practice of law. Mr. Salnick, a Wellington High School graduate, received his undergraduate degree in Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Mr. Salnick received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in May 2010. During his last semester, he left Tallahassee for West Palm Beach where he was a certified legal intern at the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office.

In August of 2010, Mr. Salnick began his legal career at the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted over 90 jury trials, ranging from murder, armed robbery, drug trafficking, and DUI’s. He quickly gained a reputation as a tenacious and ethical trial lawyer.

In December of 2013, Mr. Salnick was named Felony Prosecutor of the year, an award voted by his peers for his hardwork, teamwork and dedication to the office.

Mr. Salnick keeps active in bar activities and currently serves as a board member of the Young Lawyers section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He was a member of the Inns of Court for two years. He recently became a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, as well as the Criminal Law section of the Florida Bar.

He is also a member of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Salnick joined the Law Offices of Salnick & Fuchs, P.A. in September 2014 where he now concentrates his efforts and trial experience as a criminal defense lawyer in all State and Federal Courts.
