Ben Samuelson is a trial lawyer engaged in a broad civil litigation practice including medical malpractice defense, hospital liability defense, insurance defense, dram shop claims, construction litigation and business disputes. He’s practiced in Illinois and Iowa state courts in the Quad Cities for over 17 years. Ben grew up in Davenport and moved back after graduating from law school in 2000. In that time he has been continuously involved in legal and community activities. He currently a member of the Scott County Bar Association Executive Committee and previously sat on the Rock Island County Bar Association Board of Managers. He serves on multiple boards including being President or the Moline Soccer Club and the Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) for the 14th Judicial Circuit. In 2013 he received the Thomas L. Kilbride Award from the Rock Island Bar Association for pro bono work. |
