Description Alison Schultz joined MTSA as an associate attorney in December 2016. Prior to relocating to California, Alison was a prosecutor with the Pima County Attorney’s Office in Tucson, Arizona. Alison specialized in domestic violence prosecution, bringing serious, felony cases to trial. Having been lead lawyer in over twenty jury trials and over a hundred bench trials, she is one of the more experienced litigators in the firm. She now brings that courtroom experience and passion for vigorously representing her client to the area of family law.

Alison is a graduate of Duke University School of Law where she served as the President of the Mock Trial Board, competition team member of the Moot Court Board, and spent much of her time working with the Children’s Law Clinic and the Wrongful Convictions Clinic. Alison is a member of the Arizona and California Bar Associations.

Alison spends her free time hiking and camping, volunteering with her therapy dog, Archer, singing with a community choir, and cheering on the Duke Blue Devils.
