Attorney Scully graduated from Fairfield University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and received his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 2005. While in college he was the co-founding member of the Legal Studies Club and while in law school he was a competing member of the Trial Competition Team. He was admitted to the Connecticut State Bar in 2006 and the Connecticut District Court in 2009. Before joining the firm Attorney Scully was an associate at Nuzzo & Roberts, LLC and previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the District Court of Maryland and as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Albert W. Northrop in the Circuit Court of Maryland.

Attorney Scully is a litigator with a focus on personal injury, complex torts, motor vehicle and trucking law, product liability, fire loss, premises liability, dram shop and construction litigation.

Attorney Scully is very active in several professional organizations, including the Bridgeport Inn of Courts, the Fairfield County Bar Association, the New Haven County Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. He has served as the Chairman of the New Haven County Bar Association Golf Tournament Committee and is an active member of the New Haven Young Lawyers. He is also involved with the Fairfield University Alumni Association.
