David’s practice focuses on serious personal injury and criminal defense. During his thirty plus year career, David, an AV-rated attorney, has obtained judgments and settlements totaling millions of dollars.

David began his academic career at the State University of New York at Albany in 1974 with a degree in Poliltical Science. Following graduation, David worked as an aide in the New York Legislature. In 1978, he earned his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. After graduation, David began his legal career as counsel to the deputy minority leader in the New York State Senate for the 1979 legislative session. He spent his next five years in Brooklyn as a public defender trying cases with the Legal Aid Society.

David has been active in the Ventura County Bar Association for many years, serving as its president in 1996. He is currently the Chairman of VCBA’s Pro Bono Committee and a board member and former president of the Ventura County Trial Lawyers Association. he is a member of the Board of Governors of the consumer Attorneys of California. David also helped found The Wellness Community Valley/Ventura, and serves as a legal volunteer with the Conejo Free Clinic.
