Kenneth A. Mr. Shapiro graduated magna cum laude from Duke University and from the Emory University School of Law, where he was the Notes and Comments editor of the Emory Law Journal. He has represented a broad variety of reputable clients, including Inland Real Estate, Ingles Markets, Primrose School Franchising Company, Highwoods Properties, The National Basketball Association, and Lone Star Equities. He has passed the Certified Public Accountants examination and is a member of numerous esteemed professional organizations, such as the UCC and Creditors’ Rights Committees of the State Bar of Georgia, and the bankruptcy section of the Atlanta Bar Association.

In addition, Mr. Shapiro has shown support for the community by serving three terms as president of the Princeton Square Homeowners Association and by hosting informative lectures on creditors’ rights and bankruptcy topics.
