Grant Sigmon founded Sigmon Klein, PLLC in 2016 and was recently admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C.

The majority of Grant’s practice focuses on personal injury, family law, and business disputes at the State Court level, although he is also experienced in the North Carolina Court of Appeals and in Federal Court. Since beginning his practice, Grant has consistently taken personal injury cases from the initial attorney-client consultation to a jury verdict or arbitration award. He has also taken more than 100 family law disputes to trial involving issues such as child custody, child support, property distribution, divorce, alimony, and domestic violence.

Grant was recently selected by his peers into Business North Carolina’s "2016 Legal Elite," a recognition given to less than 3% of North Carolina attorneys. In addition to the Supreme Court of the United States, he is also admitted to practice in all North Carolina State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle District and Eastern District of North Carolina.

Prior to founding this law firm, Grant was a partner at Benson Brown & Faucher, PLLC in Greensboro, North Carolina. During his time at BBF, Grant developed instrumental advocacy and trial skills by working alongside a group of the Triad’s most talented and well respected attorneys. The training and experience Grant gained in the early years of his career provides a strong foundation of legal skills from which his clients will benefit for decades to come.

In addition to his law practice, Grant maintains consistent involvement in the Greensboro community. He is currently President-Elect for the Young Lawyers Section of the Greensboro Bar Association and is an active member of the Greensboro Rotary Club. Grant lives in Greensboro with his wife, Meredith.
