Description

Molly Simbeck joined Trammell, Adkins & Ward as an Associate in October 2017 following a clerkship with the firm during law school. Her practice is focused primarily on representing insureds and insurance companies in a wide variety of litigation, including defense litigation involving automobile accidents, homeowners’ claims, fire and casualty, premises liability, general liability, and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. She appears regularly in the Tennessee Circuit, Chancery, and General Sessions courts.

During law school, Molly served as an Articles Editor for the Tennessee Law Review and an Editor for The Forum. She was also President of Law Ambassadors and a Student Advisor.

Molly is a member of the American, Tennessee, and Knoxville Bar Associations and is an active member of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association (TDLA) and the Defense Research Institute (DRI).
