During law school, Rachel volunteered with the Minnesota Justice Foundation Law School Public Service Program, Asylum Law Project, and Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services. She also represented a Minnesota family in the University's Child Advocacy Clinic. She understands the life-changing nature of undeserved injuries and works to improve the lives of her clients.

Born and raised in southeastern Minnesota, Ms. Simpson is proud to devote her legal career to protecting the rights of injured persons in her home state.
