Will is a native Richmonder where he attended Henrico County Schools graduating from Douglas Freeman High School. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in History from Randolph-Macon College and J.D from T. C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond.

Will began his career after graduation from Randolph-Macon at the Chesterfield Circuit Court Clerk’s office where he served as a Deputy Courtroom Clerk in criminal matters. In witnessing the judicial system first hand, he knew he wanted to attend law school in order to defend individuals appearing before the Court.

While at T. C. Williams, Will was heavily involved in the Trial Advocacy Board where he served as the External Competition Chair, and also competed in national tournaments. He has remained involved with the Trial Advocacy Board judging a number of competitions. Will was also a senior staff member for the Journal of Law and Technology.

Will interned with Bowen Ten Cardani, PC during law school before joining the firm. He also had an externship with the Chesterfield County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office practicing with his Third Year Certificate.

After graduation from Randolph Macon and while working with the Chesterfield Clerk’s Office, he was an Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Douglas Freeman where he helped lead them to the only two regional titles in the schools 64-year history. He is very proud of the fact that he has coached 10 baseball players who went on to play Division I baseball. Will continues to remain involved in local baseball as a volunteer at Tuckahoe Little League in Henrico County.

Personal: Will enjoys being active, playing golf, running, volunteering and coaching baseball, and spending time with his wife, Kate.
