A partner at the firm, Mark has more than 30 years of experience litigating commercial and business disputes His business and commercial litigation experience includes real estate and title disputes, small business litigation among shareholders of close corporations or members of LLC’s, insurance coverage matters, and professional liability cases.

Practice Highlights

Mark’s civil clientele include both private companies and high-net worth individuals. He has successfully represented business people, real estate brokers, developers, and financial institutions in complex commercial and business disputes. Mark has litigated numerous oppression suits, minority shareholder disputes, real estate and title disputes, business torts, and contract cases. He also has handled breaches of fiduciary duty and fraud, as well as business relationships that simply “went wrong.”

Mark has an extensive practice before the Chancery Courts, especially in general equity matters. He is also an experienced and successful mediator on the New Jersey roster of mediators. He has frequently served as an arbitrator or mediator of commercial disputes throughout New Jersey.
