I represent individuals in criminal matters, family law and civil litigation. I began my legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in the Denver District Attorney’s Office. In that role, I tried over 100 cases, and gained the knowledge that allows me to be intimately familiar with the criminal justice system and able to be a strong voice for the accused. My prior experience also equipped me with the foundation needed to deal with all dynamics in divorce and child custody matters.

For the past nearly four years I have represented homeowners and homeowners associations in construction defect matters advocating for the rights of homeowners to have homes free of construction problems. I have also taken on insurance companies who refuse to pay homeowners who make legitimate claims on their insurance policy. Prior to my legal career, I obtained an undergraduate degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering and worked as an engineer for HNTB in Boston. The combination of my professional experience in engineering and litigation experience in the courtroom make me a strong and effective advocate for homeowners in construction defect litigation. I have contributed to the recovery of millions of dollars on behalf of homeowners, and have successfully resolved a broad range of construction defect cases. I continue to be a strong advocate for homeowners.

Outside of work, I enjoy coaching my son’s basketball team, skiing, cooking, and tailgating at Denver Broncos football games.
