Ms. Steele’s practice is focused primarily on consumer bankruptcy law, though she has also represented numerous clients in probate and guardianship cases. Prior to founding the Steele Law Firm, Ms. Steele was an associate at two prominent consumer bankruptcy firms in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, where she gained substantial experience representing debtors in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies.Perhaps the aspect of Ms. Steele’s practice that distinguishes her most from many other consumer bankruptcy attorneys is that she takes care to limit the number of clients she represents at a given time. Representing a small client base allows Ms. Steele to devote a substantial amount of time and energy to each case, thereby ensuring that each client’s unique financial situation receives the attention it deserves. Ms. Steele earned her J.D. from the Texas Wesleyan School of Law and her B.A. from Texas Tech University. Like all Texas Tech alumni, she is an avid fan of Red Raider football.
