| Description | Elissa Stern attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication. Following graduation, Mrs. Stern went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. During her time at Brooklyn Law School, Mrs. Stern participated in the school’s Children and the Law Clinic and was also an intern in our law offices. Mrs. Stern’s interest in special education law stems from growing up with a sibling with significant learning disabilities, which allowed her to see firsthand how successful a special needs child can be if provided with the proper educational support. Mrs. Stern is licensed to practice law in New York State and New Jersey. |
