Serving as of counsel to Ananian & Rodibaugh, P.C., Robert Stowe is an accomplished trial lawyer with over twenty-five years of experience specializing in complex criminal and civil litigation. His practice consists primarily of defending a broad and diverse variety of criminal cases and he has successfully handled both state and federal cases with clients throughout Massachusetts.

While in law school, Mr. Stowe worked as a student prosecutor in the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office. He also held positions in the public charities division of the Attorney General’s Office and in the legal department of Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.

After obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree from New England School of Law in 1991, Mr. Stowe began his criminal law career at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. During his years as prosecutor, he tried literally thousands of cases in Juvenile and District Courts throughout Suffolk County.

Following a successful career as a prosecutor, Mr. Stowe went on to work as a trial attorney handling all aspects of civil and criminal litigation at a mid-sized Boston firm. Thereafter, he worked as a civil defense attorney for a boutique firm where he litigated motor vehicle tort cases throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Mr. Stowe founded his own practice in 2003 where he focuses primarily on criminal law and civil litigation. He has successfully tried numerous types of cases including but not limited to: aggravated rape, OUI, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and essentially all other felonies and misdemeanors.
