Chris is a trial attorney with the Marinaro Law Firm. He has 10 years of courtroom experience devoted to defending clients and their rights guaranteed by the Constitution in cases ranging from traffic citations to serious felonies, including sex offenses and murder. Chris is certified by Rule 801 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure to defend clients charged with capital homicide and facing the death penalty. His devotion to knowing all aspects of search and seizure law, procedure and trial tactics has earned clients not-guilty verdicts and dismissals in violent felonies, sexual assault felonies, drug and gun felonies and DUIs.

Having graduated from Lancaster Catholic High School, Chris is a lifelong resident of Lancaster and currently resides in Lancaster City. Chris and his wife, who specializes in employment law and employee benefits, are active members of the Lancaster Bar Association and have two young children.
