James Tanner is a Utah and federal employment law attorney. He focuses his practice on employment law matters, with federal employees, Utah public sector, and private sector employees. He has routinely represented federal employment clients before MSPB (Merit Systems Protection Board) and EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) Administrative Judges, as well as appeals to the full Board of MSPB and the EEOC Commission.
