Sandra Taylor’s practice includes business litigation, the defense of class actions, the defense of complex construction actions, including representation of developers, general contractors, and subcontractors, estate planning, and personal injury matters.

Mrs. Taylor was born in Poway, California. She received her law degree from California Western School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 2003. Prior to law school, Mrs. Taylor received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Utah State University where she participated in varsity softball, and was awarded the NCAA Division I Big West Player of the Year in 2000.

Prior to joining Simpson Delmore Greene LLP, Mrs. Taylor was the managing attorney for the San Diego office of Carrick & Conrad, LLP where she practiced estate planning and complex construction defense. Mrs. Taylor brought her experience and knowledge to Simpson Delmore Greene LLP in 2008, and has continued to expand her practice to include mechanics lien enforcement, and the defense of pest control operators.

Mrs. Taylor recently prevailed in a landmark case for all pest control operators, Formet v. Lloyd Termite Control Co., (2010) 185 Cal.App.4th 595, wherein the California Court of Appeal ruled the scope of a pest control inspector’s potential liability for an inspection or report did not extend beyond those who contracted for the inspection.
