Nicole M. Thomas joined Goudsouzian & Associates in April 2018. Originally from Toms River New Jersey, Nicole has made Bethlehem her home. She obtained her B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University in 2006, majoring in Political Science. In 2010, she received her law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School. While attending Widener, Nicole was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and founding member of the Food and Drug Law Association. Her article "How to Inform the American Consumer of Healthy Food Choices- Are ‘Smart Food Labels’ the Proper Tool to Achieve this Goal?" was published by the Food and Drug Law Institute in 2010.

Nicole served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven R. Serfass for the Carbon County Court of Common Pleas assisting the judge with all civil and criminal matters. After her clerkship, Nicole served as a staff attorney at North Penn Legal Services in their Bethlehem office assisting underprivileged individuals in the Lehigh Valley with their legal matters. Prior to joining our firm, she began her career in private practice joining a small firm and focusing her practice on civil litigation, estate planning and estate administration.
