Alan J. Toback has been practicing law for nearly four decades. In Re: Marriage of Reynolds, Mr. Toback successfully achieved the return of former Congressman Melvin Reynolds’ children to the State of Illinois after an alleged wrongful taking of the children to the State of Florida.
