Reagan has focused his practice on ERISA employee benefit matters since he began practicing law in 2005. He has extensive experience helping claimants obtain disability and life insurance benefits and in appellate practice before federal district courts and courts of appeal.

Reagan has spoken at conferences on the topic of ERISA disability benefit litigation and has successfully represented plaintiffs in the following cases: Schexnayder v. Hartford, 600 F.3d 465 (5th Cir. 2010); Burdett v. Unum, 2008 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 78099 (E.D. La. 2008); Burtch v. Hartford, 314 Fed. Appx. 750 (5th Cir. 2009); Shelton v.The Standard Ins. Co., 2008 US Dist Lexis 39046 (E.D. La. 2008); Moore v. Life Ins. Co. of N. Am., CIV.A. 10-3373, 2011 WL 10453967 (E.D. La. 2011); Rucker v. LINA, 2012 WL 956507 (E.D. La. 2012; and Gulf Coast Plastic Surgery, Inc. v. Standard Ins. Co., 562 F.Supp. 2d 760 (E.D. La. 2008); Lapenter v. Hartford, 2013 WL 3899963 (E.D. La. 2013); Surratt v. Unum Life Insurance Company of America, 2013 WL 4648460 (E.D. La. 2013); etc.

Reagan is admitted to practice in Louisiana, New York, and the District of Columbia. In addition to his ERISA practice, he also handles a variety of other litigation and non-litigation matters, representing clients in federal and state courts, and in arbitration proceedings.
