Suzanne was born and raised in Waynesboro. She began her legal career as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in Alexandria, Virginia. When her clerkship ended, she joined the litigation group of the Washington, D.C., office of the global law firm, Shearman & Sterling, LLP. In 2004, Suzanne decided to return to Franklin County. She joined Zullinger-Davis, P.C., in 2010 and became managing shareholder in 2016. She currently lives in Waynesboro with her husband and daughter. She enjoys running and can often be found at local races on the weekends.

Suzanne practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, real estate, civil litigation, family law, municipal law and business law. She is also a licensed title insurance agent and a member of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association.

Each year since Suzanne has been a member of the Franklin County Bar Association, she has accepted referrals from Franklin County Legal Services, Law Offices of WIN Victim Services and MidPenn Legal Services to provide legal services free of charge to those in need in our community. In 2012, the Bar Association recognized her hours of service by awarding Suzanne the Pro Bono Award for the year.
