| Description | Mr. Tsiatsos obtained his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 2007 from West Virginia University. While in law school Mr. Tsiatsos was a member of the West Virginia Law Review. He graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif, and had the honor to serve as student clerk for Chief Justice of the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. He has been an associate for McCune & Tsiatsos, PLLC, since being admitted to the Bar in the fall of 2007. He is admitted to practice in West Virginia, in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts, The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of West Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He practices in all areas of litigation, having obtained favorable results and judgments for his clients in the following areas: Liens and commercial law, personal injury, condemnation and land use, estate disputes, business organization disputes, contract law, arbitration, real estate and property law, civil procedure, appellate law and general tort cases. |
