Brandon Vegter focuses his practice on construction, professional liability, insurance coverage and insurance disputes, construction liens, and environmental matters throughout California. With over 11 years of litigation experience, Mr. Vegter is committed to direct, effective representation of clients and their interests.

Mr. Vegter graduated from Princeton University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics. In 2004, Mr. Vegter obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and started practicing in California.

Mr. Vegter is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California. He represents clients throughout California, both in state and federal courts. He also appears pro hac vice as counsel for clients in other states as necessary.

Mr. Vegter represents local, state and national businesses. He is keenly aware of the need for aggressive and cost-effective legal representation.

In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family. He has coached Club Volleyball and mentored an elementary school student.

Represents insurance carriers in coverage disputes and claims throughout California.

Represented a national material supplier in construction lien claims throughout California collecting over $2.0 million in claims.

Has defended dozens of businesses, professionals, and other entities in personal injury and property damage cases throughout California.

Represented municipal clients in environmental and persona injury defense cases, including several substantial exposure federal and state environmental clean-up litigations involving the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 ("CECRLA") and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 ("RCRA"), as well as analogous state statutes and common law.

Represented clients before local agencies including California Regional Water Quality Control Board, local air pollution control district, and other local agencies.
