Anthony Vittiglio II is a Principal Member of Deneweth, Dugan & Parfitt, P.C. He concentrates his legal practice on commercial transactions and litigation matters involving real estate, commercial litigation, and construction law.

Anthony advises and counsels in all matters of real estate development and construction. He represents public and private owners, developers, contractors, suppliers, sureties, and others in preparing and reviewing agreements, bid disputes, and dispute resolution including equitable adjustments, change orders, delays, differing conditions, poor workmanship, and non-payment. Anthony also practices commercial law in the areas of partnership and shareholder disputes, non-competition and restrictive covenant litigation, loan work-outs, secured transactions, routine collection matters, and has regular and extensive experience in the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Michigan.
