Keith Waldman is a shareholder in Selikoff & Cohen. He was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Arts in 1985 from the University of Virginia, studied at the University of Valencia, Spain from 1983 to 1984, and received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1988 from Rutgers University. Keith was the Business Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal from 1987-1988. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), where from 2005-2007, he served on the Legislative Committee, and from 2005-present has served on the Employment Law Section Executive Committee (Labor). Keith is currently a member of the MSRA Nominating Committee and served as Secretary of the Labor and Employment Law Section from 2013 to 2015 and Treasurer of the Section for the 2015-2017 term. For the 2017-2019 term his is the 2nd Vice Chair. Keith is also a member of the American Bar Association and served as Editor-in-Chief of the NJSBA Labor and Employment Law Quarterly from 2005-2007.

Keith is co-author of chapter 19 of Employment Litigation in New Jersey (LexisNexis 2006). Keith is listed in Super Lawyers®*, and Best Lawyers in America ®*.
