Mr. Wall litigates a variety of employment and commercial disputes for the Firm’s clients. His employment practice covers such areas as minimum and overtime wages, family and medical leave, discrimination, retaliation, veteran’s employment protections, employee benefits, commissions, and covenants not to compete. His commercial practice includes securities, antitrust, consumer protection, and contract claims.Mr. Wall is also active in appellate advocacy. His notable appellate cases include Petty v. Metropolitan Gov’t of Nashville-Davidson Co., 687 F.3d 710 (6th Cir. 2012), Fabian v. Fulmer Helmets, Inc., 628 F.3d 278 (6th Cir. 2010), and Petty v. Metropolitan Gov’t of Nashville-Davidson Co., 538 F.3d 431 (6th Cir. 2008).Mr. Wall attended Vanderbilt University as an undergraduate and as a law student. In his final year of law school, he won the Nathan Burkan Memorial Prize for his seminar paper on copyright. |
