Sean Whitaker is an associate attorney with The Dodds Law Firm, PLC. His practice areas include all aspects of Family Law and Estate Planning. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona and the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona, Sean received his Juris Doctor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California where he graduated with honors.

During his time in law school, Sean worked with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program ("SDVLP") where he was able to gain valuable experience working alongside practicing attorneys. He was an integral part of the SDVLP courthouse clinic which provided assistance to self-represented parties in all family law matters. Sean received the Distinguished Service Award for his extensive pro bono work with the SDVLP in 2013.

Sean moved to Phoenix, Arizona at a very young age and considers himself an Arizona "native." He loves the state of Arizona and has been fortunate enough to have a career assisting the members of the community in all family law related matters. Mr. Whitaker firmly believes in open and honest communication with his clients while advocating for their interests in order to achieve the best possible outcome. In his spare time, Sean enjoys participating in a variety of sports and traveling as much as possible.
