Attorney Alexander Wiker provides expert counsel in a wide range of immigration law matters, including immigration court proceedings, detained cases, administrative and federal appeals, federal litigation, asylum, immigrant and non-immigrant visas, adjustment of status, waivers, consular processing, and naturalization. Mr. Wiker has appeared before immigration courts, asylum offices, and USCIS appointments throughout the country.

Mr. Wiker graduated from Penn State Law School in 2013 (J.D.). He lived in China for six years, where he attended the Johns Hopkins-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies, earning a M.A./LL.M in International Relations. Mr. Wiker completed undergraduate studies the Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College (B.A./B.A.). Mr. Wiker is proficient reading and speaking Mandarin Chinese.

Mr. Wiker is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Central Florida and Philadelphia chapters. He is vice-chair of the Litigation Committee for the AILA Central Florida chapter. Mr. Wiker is a Pennsylvania licensed attorney and admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
