For 30 years, Mr. Williams has provided support and active representation to the firm’s clients, particularly in litigation matters. He also provides primary representation to select firm clients, in both criminal and civil matters. His status as an associate with the firm reflects his dedication to both the firm and his interests outside the firm – hiking, backpacking and camping with his sons and the Boy Scouts. In the course of his career, Mr. Williams has represented clients in criminal cases where his clients have been charged with, among other things, espionage, bank robbery, kidnapping, government contract fraud, drug dealing conspiracy, sex trafficking and a host of lesser offenses. Providing realistic representation, based on his experience and a fact-based analysis of each case, Mr. Williams pursues every avenue available to provide ethical, efficient and effective representation for his clients. Such representation may cause the resolution of those cases through a plea, after a trial, or after an appeal. In civil cases, Mr. Williams provides the same level of service to his clients, representing them in personal injury matters, in contract disputes, preparing estate planning documents, during employment disputes and domestic relations matters.
