Description Ms. Woersching graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 2011, earning a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science. She received her Juris Doctor in 2014 from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Woersching was a vigorous advocate in the Litigation Skills Program and interned with the Honorable Stanford Blake of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. She also interned with the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney, assisting in the prosecution of felonies and misdemeanors ranging from DUIs to violent crimes.Ms. Woersching began her legal career as a law clerk at Wicker, Smith, O’Hara, McCoy, & Ford, P.A. in Miami, Florida, where she was offered an Associate position in 2014. At Wicker Smith, she gained extensive litigation experience in the defense of contractors and corporations in construction, premises, and product liability disputes. While in Miami, she was also an active participant in the Dade County Defense Bar Association and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.Ms. Woersching recently relocated to the Daytona Beach area to be closer to family and friends. At Cobb Cole, she will focus her practice on litigation, including commercial, construction, employment, and business law litigation. In her free time, Holly is an avid runner and indoor cyclist.
