Kristin focuses her practice in government contract law, prime/subcontractor disputes, and federal administrative law including bid protests and contract claims. She also represents the interests of contractors, small businesses, and vendors in construction litigation on private construction projects.

Kristin is true Texan at heart. Born and raised in San Antonio, she graduated from Trinity University with a Bachelor’s of English and a Minor in Business Administration Legal Studies. During her college career she interned for Chief U.S. District Judge Fred Biery at the United States District Court Western District of Texas. After her internship ended she worked as a legal assistant for Bailey & Bailey P.C. Her experiences in the legal field encouraged her to pursue a career in the legal profession.

At Baylor Law School, Kristin not only competed in the school’s Moot Court tournament but also The National Security Law Moot Court Competition at George Washington University Law School. Throughout law school she continued to work as a legal assistant for Bailey & Bailey, PC. After graduating from Baylor Law School, she became a full-time associate, where she continieus her practice to this day.
